In the Community Living area, there are a plethora of ways that individuals with disabilities are supported in a living environment. TNC Community offers two types: Residential and Supported Living.
Residential Support is provided by trained support staff for individuals who choose to live, with others, in their own home and in their own community. TNC Community offers four residential programs, with a fifth group home in the construction stage. See the table below which shows each facility and provides a link to additional information for each one.
The Supported Living Program offers a plethora of individualized living options that concentrates on optimizing independence and personal growth and choice. |
