Individual Outcomes
TNC has developed a “Individual Based Outcomes Management Plan” (the latest quarterly report is available upon request) with a focus on quality of service and safety. The Plan measures results primarily through participation and satisfaction rates. Satisfaction surveys are completed with clients and their guardians and/or family members. Satisfaction surveys are also sent to TNC employees and to a variety of other community stakeholders. Results of these surveys are incorporated into Quarterly Measurement & Management Reports and are then distributed to the TNC stakeholders. TNC management uses the results of this report to determine how services provided can be enhanced and/or improved and to direct the organization toward changes as needed to meet the needs of each individual client.
